Local Enterprise Week

Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Mayo is participating in Local Enterprise Week, a national LEO initiative aimed at stimulating business activity locally.
A wide variety of initiatives are planned across Mayo, and while all events are free entry, registration is essential.
- Breakfast seminar, 6th March (Castlebar) - Find out how LEO Mayo can assist you in setting up or expanding your business at our breakfast seminar in offices in Castlebar.
- Local Online Seminar, 7th March (Castlebar) - Flagship event! In conjunction with DMiM and Chambers Mayo, LEO Mayo invite you to learn how to trade more successfully online. With over €1,000,000 spend every hour on line in Ireland we want to help local businesses to benefit from this trend.
- Breakfast seminar, 8th March (Castlebar) - Looking for ways on how to fund your business or business idea? LEO Mayo invite you to hear about financial supports that may be available from LEO, and our guests Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland, Microfinance Ireland, LEADER, Bank of Ireland and Revenue at our breakfast seminar.
- Meet Mayo, 9th March (Westport) - A Business to Business Networking. Meet Mayo provides an opportunity for businesses to meet each other and do business with each other. Free to attend and businesses can book trade stands for €20 each.
- The winner and runner up of the Local Enterprise Awards will be announced at MeetMayo.
- Brexit Seminar, 10th March (Claremorris) A joint initative organized by LEOs Mayo, Roscommon and Galway to hear from business experts from InterTrade Ireland and Enterprise Ireland who will outline an overview and what you can be doing now to safeguard and seek opportunities for your business including business planning, currency hedging, innovation, diversification and building cross-border relationships.
